Return Policy

We sincerely thank you for choosing to make a purchase with us and value your patronage. Ensuring your satisfaction with every product you order from us is our top priority. If, however, the product you receive is not in good condition, damaged, defective, or differs from what you expected, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly.

The order may be canceled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • The specific product is out of stock.

  • The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.

  • Upon customer request.

  • The shipping address is not serviceable.

  • Any other reason beyond the control of Dr.Nutrinect.


Products must be received in their original packaging and in a sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted for returns. For issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headaches, flavor preferences, or differences in flavor between brands, products will not be eligible for return. Please consult with a doctor before purchasing the product.

  • Order Cancellation before Dispatch: If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  • Order Cancellation after Dispatch: A refund will be issued after deducting only the shipping/freight charges.

How to raise dispute for an order?

Please connect with our customer care via email or call. Please raise your return complain by emailing us at

  • The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc., and shall process the request for a refund or exchange.

  • Ensure to obtain the return address from Dr.Nutrinect customer care. Pack the product securely and label it with the order number, return address, and your address.

  • Follow the instructions provided by customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.

  • Make sure to share the AWB/tracking number with Dr.Nutrinect customer care..

  • The order will be eligible for a refund only if the seller receives the product in the same condition as it was originally received, including all original packaging.


Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier.


A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met –

  • The product is completely broken, unusable, scratched, or incomplete, as claimed by the customer according to the seller.

  • The returned order does not include all the freebies that were provided with the original order.

Wrong Product Delivered:

  • If a wrong product is delivered, it will be replaced free of cost; however, no refund will be issued. The seller will arrange for reverse pickup of the incorrect product. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and used items will not be accepted for returns, replacements, or refunds.

  • Please send attached photographs of the wrong parcel box, the product, and the invoice to the email address within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Upon receipt of the returned order, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

  • If the product ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, a full refund, including shipping/freight charges, will be issued for the payment already made.

  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order and does not wish to wait for re-shipment, no refund will be provided.


In case correct product has been sent to the customer and customer wants to return the same, No refund will be initiated as there is no refund policy in Protein/Vitamin supplements.
